Once you enroll in the Career Support Program, your personal recruiter will connect you with an experienced clinician mentor before your first assignment. This seasoned professional will provide one-on-one support, sharing their firsthand knowledge of travel healthcare and offering personalized advice.
You’ll receive three 30-minute virtual coaching sessions with your mentor during your first assignment.
Nicole brings her experience as a travel physical therapist into her work as a recruiter, specializing in mentoring new grads who are ready to explore the world of travel therapy. She understands the unique challenges that come with your first assignment and is here to walk you through the logistics, ease your concerns, and help you find opportunities that align with your goals. Nicole also partners with DPT programs to offer free travel therapy info sessions covering jobs, pay, timelines, and what to expect as a new traveler. She’s passionate about helping emerging clinicians build confidence and take their first steps toward a successful travel career.
