You can earn $750 (minus applicable taxes) for every first-time traveling nurse, therapist, or allied health professional you refer who qualifies for our referral program.

To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred healthcare professional must:

  • Be a first-time traveler with Ventura MedStaff.
  • Accept and complete at least 13 weeks of a Ventura MedStaff travel assignment that is 13 weeks or longer. Referral bonuses are not pro-rated.
  • Travelers whose assignments are shorter than 13 weeks or who do not complete at least 13 weeks of a qualifying assignment are not eligible for the program.
  • Referral bonus payments will be issued after the referred traveler successfully completes 13 weeks of their qualifying assignment.
